P7 Trip to Northumbria

Last week, our Primary 7 pupils set off on their residential visit to Northumbria accompanied by Mr Kennedy, Mrs Burch, Mrs Norris, Miss Hall, Mrs McCullough, Miss Paul and Mrs Aicken. While there, the pupils had the opportunity to visit Alnwick Castle Gardens, St. James' Park Football Stadium, Beamish Open Air Museum, the Blue Reef Aquarium and of course Lightwater Valley Theme Park. Everyone had a wonderful time despite the weather and as always, our pupils made us all proud with their high standards of conduct throughout! We were delighted to receive an email from our lead tour guide which stated, "...all the tour guides were full of praise for the children in their groups. Their behaviour was excellent and they were so well mannered and polite with good questions showing their interest. They deserve a commendation and they are a credit to the school and their families." We are so proud of you all P7, well done. Thank you also to the staff for their care of our pupils.
